Luma Loom Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

This policy explains how the current version of the Luma Loom app handles information. It is written to describe the app’s actual behaviour.

Privacy at a glance

  • No advertising or analytics SDKs
  • No tracking
  • Progress and preferences stay on your device
  • Optional ranked scores are sent to Apple Game Center
  • Apple StoreKit handles the Deluxe purchase

Overview

Luma Loom is designed so its core puzzle experience can be played without creating an account with Hub Technology. The current version contains no advertising or analytics SDKs, does not track you and does not use information for targeted advertising.

Information stored on your device

Luma Loom stores gameplay progress and preferences locally on your device. This includes completed looms, star ratings, earned hints and Novas, Daily Loom results and retries, selected colour theme, tutorial status and audio preferences.

Hub Technology does not receive this on-device information through the Luma Loom app. Removing the app may remove locally stored progress and preferences.

Apple Game Center

Game Center is optional. If you sign in to Game Center and complete ranked play, Luma Loom sends gameplay scores linked to your Game Center player to Apple Game Center for the Daily Loom and all-time Cosmic leaderboards. These scores are used for leaderboard functionality.

Apple processes Game Center information under its own privacy terms. You can learn more in Apple’s Game Center & Privacy notice.

Purchases

Luma Loom Deluxe is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles the purchase transaction and the account or payment information used to complete it. Luma Loom checks Apple’s verified transaction and entitlement status so it can unlock Deluxe.

Hub Technology does not receive your payment card details through the Luma Loom app. Restore Purchases asks Apple to refresh the Deluxe entitlement; it does not restore progress stored locally on another device.

Support requests

If you contact Hub Technology for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details and a description of the issue. We use that information to respond to and troubleshoot your request.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details or Game Center credentials in a support request.

Changes to this policy

If Luma Loom’s privacy practices change, this policy will be updated and the date above will be revised.
