How do I play?

Tap a prism to rotate it clockwise. Matching connectors carry light from the bright centre. The loom is complete when every tile is lit. Hint highlights a useful tile, while Nova aligns one tile.

How do I replay the tutorial?

From the Luma Loom home screen, choose the question-mark button to reopen Playable Help.

How do hints and Novas work?

Every 6 stars earns a hint and every 15 stars earns a Nova. A hint highlights a useful tile. A Nova aligns one tile. Deluxe includes unlimited hints.

How do I restore Deluxe?

Open Luma Loom, choose Deluxe, then Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase and has an internet connection. Restore Purchases restores the Deluxe entitlement; it does not restore progress stored locally on another device.

My purchase is pending or did not complete. What should I do?

A pending purchase may need approval through Apple. Check the device’s connection and Apple purchase settings, then try again later. Apple handles billing and purchase status. If the issue continues, contact Hub Technology without sending payment card details.

Game Center is not connected.

Game Center is optional. Open Game Center Rankings in Luma Loom and choose Connect Game Center. If sign-in does not appear, confirm Game Center is enabled in device Settings and the device is online, then reopen the app.

Why is my score missing?

Complete a Daily or chapter loom while signed in to Game Center. Luma Loom submits your best Daily score and Cosmic Score to the matching leaderboards. Apple may take a short time to show a new result.

Daily Loom did not reset or shows the wrong day.

Daily Loom uses the device’s current date. Turn on automatic date and time, close and reopen Luma Loom, then try again.

How do I mute sound or reduce motion?

Use the speaker control in Luma Loom to mute music and sound effects. The game also follows the iOS or iPadOS Reduce Motion setting for animated effects.

Will my progress move to another device?

Progress and preferences are stored locally on the device. Luma Loom does not currently provide its own cloud sync, so progress may not move to a new device. Deluxe can be restored through Apple with Restore Purchases.
